We kindly ask you to please utilize your new bedlinen for as long as possible to conserve resources.
Repair them – or have them repaired – if possible! And please contact us in case you need any spare parts. We will be happy to help. Once your bedlinen have reached the end of their product life, we will be closing the cycle for you.

Bitte nutzen Sie die Wäsche so lange wie möglich, um Ressourcen zu schonen.
Reparieren Sie sie, wenn möglich! Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns, falls Sie Ersatzteile benötigen. Wir helfen gern weiter. Wenn die Bettwäsche ihr Lebensende erreicht hat, schließen wir den Kreislauf.
Wir sammeln die Textilien zentral und führen sie industriellen Kompostieranlagen zu.
In weniger als 90 Tagen wird Ihr Kopfkissen- oder Bettbezug zu Biomasse, Mineralien, Biogas und Wasser kompostiert und kann in den Kreislauf zurückgeführt werden. Hiermit schließt sich der Kreislauf.

Write an e-mail to Manufactum or Magazin stating the keyword "OceanSafe" to the following address: info@manufactum.de. Please include your name and full postal address and, if available, your Manufactum or Magazin customer number and/or order number. Please also let us know if you would like to receive the return label electronically or by post.
We will then send a (usually by e-mail) a returns label for you to ship your OceanSafe Certified bedlinen and/or pillowcase back, free of charge.
Simply print out the return label and stick it on the parcel, containing all your OceanSafe Certified textiles that you would like to have industrially composted. Post your parcel free of charge at any post office. Manufactum will cover all postage rates for you.
Please note that this return method is only valid for all OceanSafe Certified goods that have completed their life cycle and thus can be industrially composted.

Bitte geben Sie darin Ihren Namen und Ihre vollständige postalische Adresse an und sofern vorhanden auch Ihre Manufactum Kundennummer und/oder Auftragsnummer. Falls Sie das Retouren-Dokument per Post erhalten möchten, teilen Sie dies bitte ebenfalls mit!
Sie erhalten dann (in der Regel per E-Mail) ein Retouren-Dokument, damit Sie Ihren OceanSafe Certified Bett- oder Kopfkissenbezug kostenfrei zurückschicken können.
Drucken Sie das Retouren-Etikett aus und kleben Sie es auf das Paket mit Ihrem OceanSafe Certified Textil, das industriell kompostiert werden soll. Das Paket können Sie nun an jeder Poststelle kostenlos aufgeben. Die Portokosten übernimmt Manufactum für Sie.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Weg der Retournierung ausschließlich für Waren mit dem OceanSafe Certified Qualitätssiegel vorgesehen ist, die ihren Lebenszyklus beendet haben und industriell kompostiert werden können.
